Yesterday was “Quitter’s Day”, the second Friday in January when most resolutions tend to take a hit. If you’ve found yourself navigating the post-New Year slump, worry not. Every day is a chance for a fresh start.

3 Mindset Shifts for Success
Change is uncomfortable.
It’s tempting to cling to the familiar, even when it no longer aligns with the person we aspire to be.
We might go back to old habits, repeat unhealthy patterns, or stay in situations we’ve outgrown.
In a recent workout class, the instructor reminded everyone about how the movements were supposed to be tough and slightly uncomfortable.
After all, growth comes from facing challenges.
I accepted the temporary discomfort while holding plank pose, knowing that it was building strength.
So, how do we stick to our goals and achieve them?
Set yourself up for success.
One way is the SMART method for goal setting. It’s about being specific, measuring progress, setting achievable goals, making them relevant, and having a deadline.
But, as the initial excitement fades, we need to stay focused.
It’s not just about following frameworks. There’s also a mental shift required.
I keep these three reminders in mind:
